Rahul Dhaka Vikas Society (Regd.) was founded in 1984 under the aegis of the society, R D Public Sr. Sec. School and was inaugurated on 12th April, 1985 to provide Value Oriented Education. It is a Co-educational, Senior Secondary School, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education.

The School aims at the all round development of the child recognising each individual as a positive asset and is nurtured to its full potential. The students are encouraged to inculcate a Sense of Discipline, Self-reliance and Comradeship so that they prove to be worthy Indian citizens. The school tries to provide an atmosphere where the students may achieve balanced emotional growth and self-confidence.

The vision of Eminent Educationist Shri Sanjeev Bhattacharya, Educational advisor of our school, former Principal of Bal Bharti School, Rajender Nagar, given shape to provide an educational environment based on the solid foundation of integrity, truth and learning that will help each child raise head and shoulders above others in their ultimately achieving exemplary adulthood.
